Welcome to KASMAS GLOBAL — an online meat supply platform operated in Kenya. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the site.

2. Products and Pricing

All meat products displayed on our website are sourced directly from the Kenya Meat Commission (KMC). Prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and may vary due to market fluctuations. We reserve the right to update prices or products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation. We accept M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers through our secure payment gateway.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made within 24–48 hours, depending on your location. You are required to provide accurate delivery details. Once the product has been dispatched, KASMAS GLOBAL is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within one (1) hour of placing an order. Once the order is processed for packaging, it cannot be cancelled as the product is perishable.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in preparing and delivering your order, KASMAS GLOBAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be handled under Kenyan jurisdiction.
