Nation Housing Co-operative Society Ltd was established in March 2013 as a spin-off from Nation DT-Sacco Society Ltd, created to address the expanding investment needs of its members. The Society provides opportunities for wealth creation and economic empowerment.

Today, NHCL admits both individual and group members in accordance with our Membership Policy. We proudly serve over 450 members drawn from diverse sectors of the economy.

Membership Requirements .

To join Nation Housing Co-op Society Ltd, you must:

Be a member of Nation DT-Sacco

Purchase a minimum of 300 shares at Ksh 100 each

Complete the registration form and submit a passport photo, a copy of your ID, a copy of your KRA PIN and proof of payment
