Felix Brian Kwena is the Programmes Coordinator at KWAHO with over 7 years of experience in the water and sanitation sector. He holds a B.Sc. in Community Development and Environmental Studies and is pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration at Kenyatta University.

Kwena has participated in key international WASH forums and contributed to significant sector publications, including the Water Act 2016, Popular Versions of the Public participation Act for Laikipia County and works on climate change and social accountability.

He co-authored Climate Change Adaptation through Sustainable Water Resources Management in Kenya: Challenges and Opportunities and is also the lead author of the report “Sex for Water: Narratives and Perspectives from the Informal Settlements.”
