Jackline is a seasoned WASH professional with over 10 years of experience in implementing and scaling sustainable, market-based water and sanitation solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Environmental Studies from the University of Nairobi.

At KWAHO, she works as the WASH Governance Officer leading the governance and systems-strengthening efforts, supporting policy development, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven service delivery across rural and informal settlements in Kenya.
