Bayer EA - KWAHO Partnership
Project Overview
The Bayer EA – KWAHO Partnership is a collaborative effort aimed at improving hand washing practices in critical public spaces across Kenya, including major referral hospitals and universities. This initiative leverages private sector involvement to promote sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) behaviors while actively engaging youth in water management and health promotion activities.
Technical Implementation
This partnership incorporates strategic program planning, community outreach, and multi-sector collaboration to foster behavioral change and support Kenya’s health and hygiene objectives. While technology integration supports coordination, the primary focus is on education, engagement, and sustainable practice adoption within targeted communities and institutions.
