That will suppress their growth, while their less commodity-reliant\ncounterparts, in which East Africa falls, will continue to enjoy growth rates\nabove 5 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite\nthat, both groups face potential headwinds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How\nthey maneuverer to sustain growth while minimizing fiscal risk will largely\ndetermine whether they all get home in one piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\nmajor component of the downside risk relates to the debt that many African\ncountries have accumulated.
