In particular, Stefaan Verhulst, co-founder of the Governance Laboratory\n(GovLab) at New York University said recently that some of the technology\u2019s\nchallenges are a \u201clack of governance and ethical frameworks that can help scale\nthe use of blockchain\u201d and that it is \u201cstill being promoted as a solution in\nsearch of a problem.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the contrary, blockchain\u2019s safety, transparency and\nimmutability have never been questioned.
