The Fourth\nIndustrial Revolution will accelerate inequality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New technologies will enable Africa to catch up with the rest of\nthe world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The headlines regarding emerging technologies that we read today\nare as attention-grabbing as they are contradictory, and the only clear\nconclusion they all point to is that no one really knows where these\ndevelopments are ultimately going to take us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From nuclear bombs to nuclear medicine, technologies have the\npotential to be used to do good or harm. That\u2019s because they have no inherent\nmorality.
