The announcement was made by Dr. Papa Kwesi Ndoum, President and chief executive officer (CEO) of Group Ndoum, the parent company of LEDFC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Dr. Ndoum,\nthe money will be used to lend to Liberian-owned small and medium enterprises\n(SMEs) and it is hoped that an additional US$16 million will come from other\nsources (not named) to increase the lending pot to US$36 million. <a href=\"https:\/\/allafrica.com\/stories\/201907150589.html\">Read more\u2026<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By David S.
