They\njust need a package of interventions that include an enabling business\nenvironment, access to finance and markets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A conducive business environment for MSMEs\nshould include a framework of policies that encourage them to grow, to reduce\ntheir mortality rate. Their survival depends on whether they are supported\nthrough enabling regulations and affordable fees and taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Greater access to finance would improve the\nsurvival of MSMEs and help them to move up their value chains.
