That said,\nthere are petitions focused on South Africa that gathered more signatures,\u201d\nsaid Barre in response to questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nwebsite sees about 25,000 campaigns posted every month from 196 countries.\nAnyone can sign up and create a petition. Other users can then vote.
