Previously I discussed the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.environmentalleader.com\/2021\/06\/sustainably-minded-customers-the-new-era-of-sustainability\/\">sustainably-minded customer<\/a>&nbsp;and the need for more&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.environmentalleader.com\/2021\/06\/consumers-want-more-transparent-green-messaging-from-companies\/\">transparent \u2018green\u2019 messaging<\/a>&nbsp;form companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a growing body of evidence that suggests a shift is taking place in the context of sustainability management. Historically, the emphasis in sustainability management has been directed to doing less harm and achieving operational efficiencies. Now the tide is changing.
